Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß und hell (Südseite). Der Boden ist mit Lamiat ausgelegt (ein Jahr alt). Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und wird mit einem eigenen Ofen mit Holz und Kohle beheizt.
Erreicht wird das Zimmer über unser großes Wohnzimmer.
Sehr zentral am Altstadtrand. Im Haus gibt es ein Kino mit Bar. Direkt vor dem Haus haben wir eine Bushaltestelle (5 Minuten zum Bahnhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir sind keine Zweck- WG, haben aber alle auch ein Leben außerhalb der WG. Wir sind unkompliziert und aufgeschlossen. Du solltest etwas Humor und Gelassenheit mitbringen. Ein gewisses Maß an Hygiene sollte auch gehalten werden.
Für den Fall dass Du keinen Charakter hast: wir sind keine Burschenschaft, also nicht bewerben.
