Wir bewohnen eine hundert Jahre alte Villa auf dem Österberg. Wir sind 30 an der Zahl und teilen uns die Räumlichkeiten mit zwei Katzen. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Teichen und Bienenvölkern, Obst- und Kletterbäumen und einigen Gemüsebeeten, eine Sonnenterrasse richtung Süden, einen Kamin, Musikproberaum, Werkstätten, Gemeinschaftsküche und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Unser innerhäusliches Zusammenleben regeln wir auf monatlich stattfindenden Hausversammlungen. Wir sind zusammen mit dem Leibnizhaus 3 im "Verein zur Schaffung und Erhaltung selbstverwalteten Wohnens e.V." organisiert. Unser Haus befindet sich gerade in einer Phase des Umbruchs, das erfordert ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Mitarbeit, da wir das Haus sowohl baulich als auch strukturell in Stand halten müssen. Wir suchen Mitbewohner*Innen, die bereit sind, sich an diesem Prozess aktiv zu beteiligen.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann komm am 22.10.18 um 19 Uhr in die Stauffenbergstraße 30/Leibnizhaus 2. Nach einer Hausführung (verpflichtend für alle Bewerber*Innen) findet das Bewerber*Innengespräch in großer Runde statt. Die Entscheidung fällt noch am selben Abend.

We are sharing an over 100-year old house between 29 people and 2 cats. We are self-organized and take care of the house ourselves. There's a big garden with ponds, bees, trees, vegetable-gardens, a sunny terrace on the southside, a fireplace, musicroom, 2 workshops, a big, shared kitchen and living rooms. We take care of our social life as well as the house on monthly conventions and are organized together with the "Leibnizhaus 3".
We are looking for roommates who are willing to invest some time and energy into the place and the community. So, if you are interested in living together with a lot of people and are willing to spare some time besides whatever you are doing, then you can come to our house on the 22nd of october 2018, 7pm. At first you will get a (mandatory) tour of the house, after that you'll have the chance to get to know us and introduce yourself. We are making our decision on who will be moving in with us that same night. Although we live in a big, old house on the Österberg, we are not, nor have we ever been, a fraternity!
Unserer Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß und kosten unterschiedlich viel (zwischen 190 und 240 warm). In der "Warmmiete" inbegriffen sind Internet, Telefon, Gewürze, Putzmittel und einige andere Haushaltsgegenstände. Da die Zimmer so verschieden sind, tauschen wir sie regelmäßig. Wenn du einziehst, ist noch nicht klar welches Zimmer du als erstes bekommst. Die angegebene Miete ist nur ein Richtwert.
Our rooms are very different in size and the rent differs (between 190 and 240 including heat, water, power, internet, phone, cleaning supplies, spices and some other stuff). Because the rooms are so different, we are changing them regularily. Because of that, we can't say yet which room will be yours when you move in. The rent above is just an estimate.
