Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Schrank, Fernsehschrächen + TV).
Es ist hell und zeigt zur Straße, welche kaum befahren ist, da die Wohnung im Wohngebiet liegt.
Das Zimmer/Fenster ist 2 m über dem Boden, deswegen kann man auch nicht direkt rein schauen.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist schön, hell und gut erhalten. Vor allem die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und am Tisch haben bis zu 6-8 Personen Platz.
Einen Garten mit Gartenmöbel gibt es auch.
The room ist furniture with a bed, desk, cupboard, wardrobe and a tv table (+ TV).
It ist bright and the window shows to the street, which is hardly frequented.
The room is on 2m hight, so that it is not easy to have a look inside.
The whole apartment ist nice, bright and in a good condition.
Especially the kitchen invites for cooking. There's a table on which fit up to 6-8 people easily.
For the garden we also have furniture.
Die Wohnung ist 50 m von der nächsten Bushaltestelle weg, wo alle 15 Minuten ein Bus hält. Dieser braucht ca 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Stadt.
2 Bushaltestellen oder 10 Gehminuten entfernt finden sich zwei kleine Supermärkte, in denen man alles findet, was man zum Leben braucht. Mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr 5 min.
Das Max-Planck-Institut ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Uni Morgenstelle ist ca 25 min mit dem Bus entfernt (einmal umsteigen). Mit dem Rad in ca 15-20 Minuten.
The apartment is 50 m away from the next bus stop. Every 15 min there is a bus running.
It takes up to 10 minutes to get to downtown/old city Tübingen. By walking around 20 minutes.
By bike it takes around 5 minutes.
within 2 busstops or 10 minute walking, there are to grocery stores, where you can get everything you need.
The Max-Planck-institute is 5-10 minutes away by walking.
University Morgenstelle is around 25 my bus or 15-20 minutes by bike away.

Ich selbst bin Aug/Sept für diverse Praktika nicht in Tübingen. Falls du im Oktober auch noch bleiben möchtest, können wir bei Bedarf dann besprechen!
Eine Mitbewohnerin (von uns dreien) zieht Ende Juli ganz aus. Ein neuer Mitbewohner steht noch nicht fest.
und die dritte von uns wird im September im Urlaub sein.

One roommate is moving out by the end of July. A new one is not found yet.
