Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 (mit Schräge 24m2) groß. Es befindet sich auf der Hinterseite des Hauses, welche von der Hauptstraße abgelegen ist. Somit herrscht eine ruhige Lage, sowie kein direktes Sonnenlicht, welches blendet. Zudem kann das Zimmer abgeschlossen werden und verfügt über ausreichend Steckdosen.
The room is 20m^2 large including the roof sloping. It is located on the backside of the apartment opposed to the Main Street. So the location is quiet and no direct sunlight. There are plenty of sockets for charging. In addition it is possible to lock the room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Bühl, einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort nahe Tübingen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür mit direkter Verbindung zur Uni und Morgenstelle. Der Bus verkehrt morgens jede Viertel Stunde und ab Nachmittag jede halbe Stunde. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist 200 m weiter gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Sparkasse befindet sich im Untergeschoss.
The apartment is located in the center of Bühl, a small village close to Tübingen. The bus stop is directly in front of the apartment. The buses departure every quarter an hour to the central railway station Tübingen in the mornings and to the Morgenstelle every half an hour in the afternoons. The next grocery store is 200 m by foot. The apartment is located above a Sparkasse.
Aktuell leben in der WG 3 Jungs und 1 Mädchen, wobei 2 Informatik und 2 Biochemie studieren. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große, moderne Küche, sowie ein Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und ein Gäste-WC, welche gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Das WG Leben ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, allerdings sind wir auch alle für Spaß zu haben.
Currently there are 3 boy and 1 girl living in the commune. 2 of them study informatics and the other 2 biochemistry. There is a big living room and a big, modern kitchen, as well as a bathroom (with washing machine) and a toilet that are used commonly. All in all the commune is pretty quiet but we are open-minded.
