Right, so the available room is 15 sq m in size. Basically a square with enough space to fit a double bed desk and other furniture. A bit more about the WG, we have a cool balcony however it's only accessible from two of the other rooms but that's not really a problem for anyone to use. There's a common dinning area, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. A separate toilet/cloak room. Our kitchen has all the standard stuff. And we have a Washer and Dryer too.
Other than that, if this brief description of us and the place sounds like your cup of tea, please hit us up with a bit about yourself and want to swing by for a tour at which point we can discuss everything else in person over a tea, coffee or beer!
We'd ideally want to meet everyone by Tuesday the 26th of April and to give you time to move on.
We also have a cute 6 month old WG cat called Coco. So you should ideally be open to that and not be allergic.
We are very close to the Im Winkelrain bus #6 stop just about 100 m away.
