Wir haben einen großen Balkon und einen großen gemeinsamen Wohn- und Essbereich. Auch wenn das Haus direkt an der B27 liegt hört man davon eigentlich nichts mehr, wenn die dreifach-verglasten Fenster geschlossen sind.
Das Zimmer ist mit 10,71qm echt klein. Dafür ist unser Gemeinschaftsbereich echt groß. Da könnt ihr ein paar eurer Sachen unterbringen. Bitte überlegt euch trotzdem, ob ihr eure Möbel in so einem kleinen Zimmer unterbringen könnt.
Der 1.9. ist als Einztugsdatum angegeben, nach Absprache kann dies gerne auch früher sein.

We have a large balcony and a large common living and dining area. Even though the house is located directly on the B27, you can't really hear anything when the triple-glazed windows are closed.
The room is really small with 10.71 square meters. But our common area is really big. There you can store some of your things. However, please consider if you can fit your furniture into such a small room.
The date of moving in is told for the 1st of september, but however according to an agreement it will be possible earlier.
Aldi ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Was mir neben meinen Mitbewohner:innen an der WG gut gefällt ist, dass die Steinlach nur 100 Meter entfernt ist. In der WG gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Wohnküche und im Keller einen noch größeren Gemeinschaftsraum.
Hartgummie-Fußballplatz ist 500 Meter entfernt.
Aldi is 15 minutes away on foot.
What I like about the WG, besides my flatmates, is that the Steinlach river is only 100 meters away. There is a large common area with a kitchen and an even larger common room in the basement.
Hard rubber soccer field is 500 meters away.

wir (35-jährige Sozialpädagogin, 8-jähriges Grundschulkind, 28-jähriger Elektriker und 30-järiger Student und Pförtner und 30-jähriger Koch in Ausbildung) suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in.
Wir verstehen uns sehr gut. Trotzdem ist das gemeinsame WG-leben ein bisschen eingeschlafen. Früher haben wir in unregelmäßigen Abständen zusammen gekocht, gespielt und Filme geschaut. Eigentlich würden wir das gerne auch wieder mehr machen. Wenn wir kochen, kochen wir häufig mehr und dann kann sich jede*r nehmen, der*die möchte. Wir haben eine Gemeinschaftskasse für bestimmte Lebensmittel. Wir halten uns häufig in unserer Wohnküche auf und Puzzeln gerne gemeinsam oder machen manchmal ein Kreuzworträtsel. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig.
Bei dem Haus handelt sich um ein Integrationsprojekt (Neue Nachbarn). Hier wohnen viele geflüchtete Familien. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich hier einzubringen.
Bitte überlegt euch, ob ihr mit einem Kind zusammen wohnen wollt. :)

we (35-year-old social pedagogue, 7-year-old elementary school child, 28-year-old electrician and 30-year-old student and porter and 30-year-old cook in training) are looking for a*new*roommate.
We get along very well. Nevertheless, the common WG-life has fallen asleep a bit. In the past we used to cook, play and watch movies together at irregular intervals. Actually, we would like to do that more again. When we cook, we often cook more and then everyone can take what they want. We have a community fund for certain foods. We often hang out in our kitchen and like to do puzzles together or sometimes do a crossword puzzle. We support each other.
The house is an integration project (Neue Nachbarn). Many refugee families live here. There are many opportunities to get involved here.
