Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert.
Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Alles, was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle Küchenaustattung), ist vorhanden.
Außerdem gibt es noch einen von allen WG-Bewohnern gemeinsam genutzten Kellerraum.
Keine Kehrwoche und kein Winterdienst!
Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Busse 5 und 3 fahren vor der Haustür. Der Bahnhof "Derendingen" ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Bäcker, Apotheke etc.) sind schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Die Steinlach (zum Joggen etc.) ist in der Nähe und ein paar nette Restaurants gibt es auch.
Es gibt noch zwei Mitbewohnerinnen, die beide studieren (Pädagogik-Master und Physik-Diplom). Das Leben in der WG ist nett und unkompliziert.
Es ist auch ein früherer Einzugstermin (ab 1.12.) möglich.
