Hallo lieber Zimmersuchender,
wir sind Lennart (26), Annika (29), Bernardo (29) und Wilson (26) studieren bzw. arbeiten im schönen Tübingen. Da uns unsere Clara verlässt, suchen wir wieder Verstärkung für unsere 5er-WG. :)
Das Zimmer hat drei große Fenster. In der WG grenzt es an den Flur und hat einen Blick ins Grüne zum Garten, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Clara, unsere jetzige Mitbewohnerin, lässt voraussichtlich keine Möbel hier.
Unsere WG ist insgesamt sehr groß. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch, Fernseher und einer offenen Küche mit großem Esstisch, wo wir als WG gerne und viel zusammensitzen. Wir haben außerdem einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Grillen einlädt und 1 Bad plus eine zweite separate Toilette (bei 5 Personen ganz praktisch). Auch eine Garage zum Abstellen vom Fahrrad kann mit genutzt werden + Parkplatz fürs Auto bei Bedarf mitgemietet.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Hello everyone,
we are Lennart (26), Annika (29), Bernardo (29) und Wilson (26) and we study/work in beautiful Tübingen. Since our other roomie will leave us soon, we’re looking for new flatmate. 😉
The room has three big windows towards the garden, which makes it nice and quiet. In our flat it’s located right next to the hall. Clara, our current roomie, will take most of her furniture with her.
Also the rest of the flat is quite spacious, with a large kitchen + living room where we often sit together, a balcony, bathroom + second toilet, a garage for storing your bike, you can rent a private parking space if you want, and much more :)
Dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils and everything else you might need is available.
Die WG ist in Derendingen und alles was man braucht zu Fuß erreichbar: Ein Metzger, ein Bäcker, Apotheke, Döner, ein kleiner Gemüsestand und der 16er Bus hält und fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab in die Stadt. Ansonsten sind weitere Linien (zb. 5 Richtung Kliniken) in 3min erreichbar. Zum Laufen dauert es ca. 15 Minuten bis in die Altstadt, der Weg an der Steinlach entlang ist super schön und lohnt sich allemal! In der anderen Richtung gibt es weitläufige Felder, die sich grade zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen gut eignen.

Die Mitbewohner, die dich hier erwarten sind:
- Lennart macht seinen Doktor in Chemie
- Wilson macht seinen Doktor in Physik
- Annika arbeitet in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
- Bernardo macht seinen Master in Public Policy
Wir chillen, kochen oder trinken mal gerne zusammen oder hocken beim Spieleabend zusammen aber es kann sich natürlich auch jeder mit dazusetzen oder rausnehmen wie er will :)
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert, damit sich alle wohlfühlen. Deswegen ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass du als neuer Mitbewohner oder neue Mitbewohnerin auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legst. Außerdem achten wir darauf, Sachen für die WG einzukaufen, wenn etwas fehlt und trennen Müll - das erwarten wir dann auch von dir. :)

- Lennarts is doing his PhD in Chemistry and likes climbing
- Wilson is doing his PhD in physics. He's from Brasil and likes dancing.
- Annika, works in PR. She likes exercising and vegan food.
- Berardo is doing his Masters in Public Policy and is a great guitar player and singer
The flat is like most flats in that you are free to join in doing all sorts of group activities or take some time for yourselves :)
We have a cleaning plan that works well, so that everyone is comfortable. That's why it's important to us that you as the new flatmate is also clean. Apart from that, we make sure we buy stuff (groceries, cleaning equipement) for the flat when we run out and we seperate the waste, so we expect that from you as well. :)
