Hallo, wir vermieten ab 01.10.2019 ein WG-Zimmer in einer 2er-WG an Nichtraucher/-in.
Die WG befindet sich in 72144 Dußlingen, ca. 8 km von Tübingen entfernt.
Die ELW ist im Erdgeschoss, separate Eingangstüre, Zimmer mit jeweils eigener Küchenzeile (Herd, Kühlschrank). Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch und einem Bett(gestell) ausgestattet. Gemeinsames Bad mit Dusche und WC. Kabelanschluss und DSL verfügbar.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 12 qm, die ELW hat eine Größe von ca. 30 qm.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 240 Euro/Monat, die Nebenkosten-Pauschale 50 Euro/Monat. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt somit 290 Euro. Rauchen ist ausdrücklich nicht erwünscht!
Ein Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
Neubau in Dußlingen, ca. 8 km von Tübingen entfernt, Bewohnerparken möglich, Bahnhof vorhanden (mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 - 7 min). Mit dem Zug (Fahrtzeit ca. 7 min. Direktanschluss) kommen Sie direkt an den (Haupt-)Bahnhof und Busbahnhof in Tübingen. Von dort dann fußläufig oder mit dem Bus an die Universität.
Dußlingen hat eine gute Infrastruktur: Ärzte, Rathaus, Rewe, Netto, Bäckereien...
