Hallo,
ich vermiete mein kleines aber feines Zimmer da ich umziehe. Besichtigungen nach Absprache.
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten mit großer Fensterzeile raus auf die Kastanienallee.
Bei Bedarf können die Möbel für eine Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden.
WG-Leben:
Es handelt sich um eine eher zweckorientierte Gemeinschaft. Die Mitbewohner
sind super nett. Man kennt sich, sagt sich "Hallo" hält vielleicht mal ein kleines
Schwätzchen aber jeder macht sein eigenes Ding.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Yeva, Bennet, Leon.
Bennet und der Vermieter teilen sich das Zimmer.
Manchmal sind wochenends Veranstaltungen in der Event Location
direkt unter der Wohnung. Das kann laut werden ist aber erträglich.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine.
Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, so dass die WG eigentlich immer sauber ist.
