Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 16 Quadratmeter groß. Derzeit besitze ich die Möbel im Zimmer (1 Schreibtisch und 1 Bett + Lattenrost + Matratze), die der zukünftige Mieter bereit sein sollte, für 150 Euro zu übernehmen.
Das WLAN kostet ungefähr 11,5 Euro pro Monat und wird von einem anderen Mitbewohner verwaltet.
Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, 4-Flammen-Herd und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen separaten Essbereich, einen kleinen Abstellraum und eine Fahrradgarage. Ein Parkplatz steht für das Haus zur Verfügung, aber dieser könnte bereits belegt sein, und Sie müssten die Nutzung mit den Vermietern besprechen. Die Toilette ist separat, aber direkt neben dem Badezimmer.
English: The room is roughly 16 sq.metres. I currently own the furniture in the room (1 desk and 1 bed + slatted frame +mattress), which the future tenant should be willing to take over for 150 euro.
The WLAN costs roughly 11.5 euro per month and is handled by another flatmate.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner stove and microwave. There is a separate dining room, a small storage space and a bicycle garage as well. There is a parking spot for the house, but this may be occupied already and you would have to discuss the usage with the landlords. The toilet is separate but right next to the bathroom.
Die Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von der aus Sie den Hauptbahnhof Tübingen in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichen können. In Gehweite befinden sich eine Apotheke und ein Dönerladen. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch mit dem Hirschauer See und der Wurmlinger Kapelle, die zu Fuß oder per Wanderung erreichbar sind. Ein Penny-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus erreichbar.
English: The bus stop is two minutes by foot, from which you can reach the Tuebingen Hbf in less than 10 minutes. There is a pharmacy and kebab shop in walking distance. The surroundings are idyllic with the Hirschau lake and the Wurmlinger kapelle in walking/hiking distance. There is a Penny supermarket which can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike or bus.
Die anderen Mitbewohner bestehen aus einem Bachelor-Studenten und zwei berufstätigen Fachleuten. Die Vermieter leben im Haus unten. Dein Zimmer würde direkt über den Vermietern liegen, daher würden sie es bevorzugen, dass es nicht zu laut wird.
Wir suchen jemanden, der nach sich selbst aufräumen kann, vorzugsweise einen Studenten und idealerweise jemanden, der Deutsch spricht (da die Vermieter und zwei weitere Mitbewohner hauptsächlich Deutsch sprechen können).
English: The other flatmates consist of one Bachelor student and two working professionals. The landlords live in the house below. Your room would be right above the landlords, so they would prefer it to not get too noisy.
We are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves, preferably a student and can preferably speak German (since the landlords and two other flatmates can mainly speak German)
