in unserer 4-er WG wird ein Zimmer frei, da eine Mitbewohnerin aus Tübingen wegzieht. Als mögliche neue Mitbewohner verbleiben: Christoph (Student der Medienwissenschaft und freier Fotograf), Annemarie (Studentin der Volkswirtschaft) und Max (Architekt im Praktikum).
Das helle Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre) und hat zwei große Fenster (nach Norden und nach Osten) mit Blick auf Obstbäume und ist schön geschnitten. Momentan ist das Zimmer zwar unmöbliert, bei Bedarf bekommen wir jedoch genügend Möbel zusammen, um auch ohne eigene Möbel in das Zimmer einziehen zu können. Auch eine kurzfristige Zwischenmiete wäre daher möglich.
Gemeinsam nutzen wir eine kleine, aber gemütliche Küche, ein Bad und ein separates WC sowie einen wunderschönen Garten mit Feuerstelle, kleinem Gewächshaus, Gemüsebeet und vielen Rosen. Außerdem gibt es einen Apfel- und Mirabellenbaum zwischen die perfekt eine Hängematte passt! Auf unserer Terrasse kann man super in der Sonne sitzen oder abends etwas trinken und frisch Gegrilltes genießen.
Die Grillsaison schließlich bereits begonnen :)

There is one room available in our 4-people flatshare in Hirschau. The three people you’ll be living with are Christoph (who studies Media Sciences and works as a photographer), Annemarie (who studies economics) and Max (who is an architect).
The flatshare is in in mezzanine, and the room has two big windows (facing North and East) which make it quite bright, with a view into the garden and is well proportioned to fit all your stuff in. In case you don’t have any furniture we can help you out with that and provide the essentials. Thus, an interim rent is also possible.
We share the small but cozy kitchen, the bathroom and a separate lavaratory as well as the beautiful garden where a fire place and flowers invites you to hang out, make a barbecue with friends or the other flatshares in the house or do some gardening.
Despite the possible distraction of the garden and a little pond around the corner, our flatshare is quiet, as we are all about to finish our degrees or are working.
Unsere WG liegt in Tübingens westlichem Ortsteil Hirschau und ist gut mit Fahrrad und Bus zu erreichen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Bus 9 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten (6km). Außerdem gibt es gleich um die Ecke einen Badesee und auch sonst kann man hier das gute Klima im Neckartal auf der Sonnenseite des Spitzberges genießen. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ca. 3min von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt.
Our flatshare is located in Tübingen’s western district Hirschau and can be comfortably reached by bike or by bus. It takes about 9 minutes by bus to go to the main station, with the bike it’s about 15 minutes. The bus stop is only 3 minutes away from our door. If you need to go the Universitätsklinikum you won’t even need to change buses as the line 18 drives all the way through.
Wir sind ein bunt zusammengewürfelter geselliger Haufen, der gerne auch mal mit den Nachbar-WGs (in unserem Haus gibt es noch 2 weitere Studenten-WGs) draußen im Garten sitzt und grillt. Wir sind zwar keine Zweck-WG, aber hocken auch nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander. Falls du einen grünen Daumen hast oder experimentierfreudig bist, bist du herzlich eingeladen, den Garten mitzugestalten.
We are a mixed group and enjoy to barbecue or cook together. But as we all have quite different timetables we don’t constantly hang out together either. If you enjoy gardening you’re welcome to work your green thumb with us in our garden.
We are all German natives but are quite capable of talking English, with other languages it might be more adventurous but we can manage – so please don’t hesitate if you don’t speak German to contact us.
