Das Zimmer ist im DG eines 2-Familienhauses mit einem Süd- und einem Westfenster und hat eine Ausstattung mit Parkettboden, Holzdecke und Raufasertapete. Die Wohnung hat eine separate Dusche und separates WC sowie eine Einbauküche ohne Spülmaschine.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und keinen Trockenplatz, deshalb ist die Wohnung nur für Pendlerinnen geeignet. Wäschetrocknen in der Wohnung ist nicht erwünscht und auch keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig in 2. Reihe am Ortsrand mit Sicht ins Grüne gelegen und in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle der Linie 18. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Tübingen ebenfalls gut in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Hirschau hat einen Metzger, Bäcker, Café, Friseur, Blumenladen, 2 x pro Woche einen Gemüsestand, Apotheke, Ärzte, KSK, jedoch keinen Waschsalon.
Gewünscht sind ruhige Mieterinnen , die auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legen und bereit sind, ihre Putzdienste einzuhalten. Keine Musikinstrumente (außer mit Kopfhörer) erwünscht. Keine Partys.

Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Bruttomiete von 350 € an die Vermieterin und ca. 30 € für Strom, Kabel, WLAN und GEZ, werden von den Bewohnern intern nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Ein früherer Einzug ab sofort ist möglich.
