Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß, hat drei Fenster und ist deshalb schön hell.
Es ist voll möbliert und die Kommode und Vitrine habe ich frei geräumt, damit du deine Klamotten und Sachen verstauen kannst.
Ich hab in paar Zimmerpflanzen, die freuen sich, wenn sie ab und zu ein bisschen Wasser kriegen.

Die Lage ist premium. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber gleichzeitig schön ruhig.
Zum Kaffee hanse läufst du 3 min und zum Löwenladen 40 Sekunden.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt ums Eck.

Mit dir zusammen werden Alina, Nils und Giovanni wohnen.
Alina zieht neu Ende Oktober bei uns ein, sie macht gerade ein FSJ beim ASB und klettert gerne in ihrer Freizeit.
Nils zieht ebenfalls neu ein (du siehst bei uns in ein großer Umschwung in der WG). Er studiert Holztechnik.
Und Giovanni macht im November sein M3 und wird dann wahrscheinlich erstmal nach Italien gehen.

Da ich nächste Woche nicht mehr in Tübingen bin, wird mein Freund die Schlüsselübergabe übernehmen ;)
