Hallo,
bist du auf der Suche nach einem schönen, hellen Zimmer das zentral gelegen ist? Dann bist du hier genau richtig. Da ich Ende des Semesters mit meinem Studium fertig bin, suche ich eine nette Nachmieterin bzw. einen netten Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Mein Zimmer liegt in Bahnhofsnähe (2min.), zur Uni sind es nur 10min.
In der WG haben wir eine gemütliche Ess-Küche und einen großen Flur mit Sofa. Ideal, um gemütliche Abende zu verbringen.
Die Miete beträgt 300€ plus Nebenkosten. Da wir aber das Glück haben, eine bezahlte Kehrwoche zu haben, kommen wir am Ende auf ca. 280€ monatlich raus.
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und ruhig (also weder Zweck-WG noch Party-WG).
