Im 1. OG unseres EFH sind 2 Zimmer 13 m2 und 17 m2 getrennt durch den Treppenabsatz. Da man da oben unter sich ist etwas entfernt von den restlichen Zimmern ist es interessant besonders für 2 gute Freunde/innen oder ein Paar. Die Zimmer haben beide ein großes Fenster nach Süden. Sie werden gerade renoviert und sollten ab 1.3. beziehbar sein.
Das Haus liegt im Nordosten der Innenstadt und hat sehr gute Busanbindung. 2 Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Linien 4 und 6) und eine weitere in 6 min Entfernung (Linien 2, 3, 5). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Ausblick von der Terasse. Terassenmöbel sind vorhanden.
Z.Zt. wird die WG nur von 2 Studenten bewohnt. Sie wünschen sich beide eine nette Gemeinschaft und freuen sich auf gemeinsames Kochen etc.
Das kleiner Zimmer (14 m2) kostet 270 €.
Das größere Zimmer (17 m2) kostet 320 €.
Die Miete ist als Warmmiete inkl. Strom angesetzt.
