Wir, zwei Studenten der Uni Tübingen, gründen eine 3er WG in der Tübinger Altstadt. Da ein Zimmer erst zum 1. April belegt wird, möchten wir es gerne vom 1. bis zum 31. März zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12qm und ist, bis auf eine Kommode, leider unmöbliert. Ein Bett könnte aber bei Bedarf evl. organisiert werden.
Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer, von denen eines als Wohnzimmer und Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind also genug vorhanden. Die Uni ist sowohl zu fuß als auch mit dem Fahhrad schnell zu erreichen, Busanbindungen sind auch vorhanden.
