Das Zimmer ist mit seinen vier Fenstern gen Süden sehr hell und der etwas schiefe Zuschnitt und die Deckenverzierungen im Stil der art nouveau machen es sehr gemütlich. Die WG hat ein kurzlich renoviertes Bad und eine neue Einbauküche mit allem was man braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die WG liegt direkt hinter dem Marktplatz, gegenüber vom evangelischen Stift. Alle Uni-Einrichtungen im Tal sind entweder gleich um die Ecke (Alte Burse, Alte Aula, Schloß, Prinz Karl) oder in max. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar (Neue Aula, Uni-Bibliothek, Hegelbau, Brechtbau). Man ist also mittendrin im Leben und Flair der Tübinger Altstadt.
Du würdest mit zwei sehr netten und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen wohnen, die Mathematik bzw. empirische Kulturwissenschaft studieren. Beide sind für gelegentliche WG-Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen stets aufgeschlossen.
