Hallo zusammen!
Wer möchte das Sommersemester in meinem schönen Altstadtzimmer zur Zwischenmiete wohnen? Das Zimmer und die WG sind voll ausgestattet, ihr müsst euch also um nichts sorgen. Zur Miete kommen noch 8,50€ für Internet/ WLan im Monat hinzu, Kabelfernsehen ist schon dabei (und einen Fernseher habe ich auch für euch).
Das Zimmer liegt in bester Altstadtlage, Rewe, Saturn und Netto erreicht ihr zu Fuß in 5 min und in zwei Minuten seid ihr am Marktplatz. Die Uni ist zu Fuß 15 min entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad seid ihr in 5 Minuten da; und eine Reihe von Kneipen findet ihr auch in der Nähe. Also beste Vorraussetzungen!
Bin beim Auszug relativ flexibel - meldet euch einfach, und wir sprechen das dann ab.
