Ein 9qm großes (kleines) Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal und Waschbecken für 190 Euro all inclusive in 5er WG. Die Wohnung liegt im DG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. WC und Dusche sind separat, da jeder Mitbewohner sein eigenes Waschbecken auf dem Zimmer hat gibt es kein extra Badezimmer. Einen Aufenthaltsraum haben wir aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes leider nicht und (Achtung!) auch keine Waschmaschine.
Zentrumsnah in Tübingen, ganz in der Nähe vom Haagtor. Innenstadt, Wilhelmstraße, REWE (bis 24h offen)...alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Straße selber ist relativ ruhig.
Wir sind alles Studenten (Medizin, Biochemie, Archäologie und Psychologie) und pflegen ein unkompliziertes und lockeres Zusammenleben und auch ohne Aufenthaltsraum haben wir in der letzten Zeit ein eigenes WG-Leben entwickelt. Trotzdem kann man hier auch seine Ruhe haben, wenn man möchte ;)
Besichtigungstermine sind nächste Woche (ab 26.11.) ab ca. 18Uhr möglich. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, dann schreibt doch einfach kurz eine Mail, wann es euch ganz gut passt.
