Hallo,
das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und liegt in einer 3 1/2 Zimmerwohung in der Altstadt. Die Wohung liegt unter dem Dach sodass eine Zimmerseite eine Dachschräge hat und zwei Fenster sodass das Zimmer immer schön hell ist.
Die Küche ist nicht besonders groß, ist aber mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht.Auch die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche...... Altbau eben;)
Das Wohnzimmer ist im Sommer sehr sehr geil mit blick auf den Marktplatz, momentan aber wenig in Benutzung, weil das Zimmer keine Heizung hat.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kronenstraße also zwischen Münzgasse und Marktplatz. Somit kann man alles was wichtig ist in 5-10 min fussmarsch erreichen.
Ich bin 29 und arbeite in Tübingen. Ich bin eher ruhig, koche gerne(vegetarisch/vegan), trinke aber gerne auch mal ein Hefeweizen. Da ich lange arbeite und noch viel Sport mache, bin ich tagsüber selten zuhause.
Ich wünsche mir einen Mitbewohner der sich nicht vom Charme einer Altbauwohnung einschüchtern lässt und der auch lust hat etwas energie in die Wg zu stecken.
