Wir bewohnen eine sanierte Altbauwohnung 5 Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 16 qm, ist sonnig und hell mit 3 Fenstern. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, in der geraucht werden darf, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie ein separates WC. Ein Balkon ist für die Allgemeinheit. Kellerräume sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt Zentral, Rewe um die Ecke. Bäcker in der Strasse. Kosmetik auch in der Strasse, neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Copy - laden. Auf der anderen Seite liegt die Uni - Mensa. Das Stadtzentrum liegt 10 Minuten entfernt und es gibt noch eine Bibliothek in der Nähe.
wir sind 2 Frauen im Alter von 24 Jahren und 60 Jahren mit 2 Perserkatzen. Wir sind lustig und ruhig. Wir haben sehr nette Nachbarn. Wir wünschen uns eine zu uns passende Person die den Alltag mit uns teilt und freut.
