Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere WG in der Tübinger Innenstadt im Zeitraum von Mitte Juli bis Mitte November.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 24 m² groß, sehr hell, möbliert mit Parkett-Boden und einen Fernsehanschluss gibt es auch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und wurde 2012 Jahr renoviert. Sie ist insgesamt 75 m² groß, hat ein Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne, ein separates WC und eine große Wohnküche, die sich sehr gut zum zusammen kochen, chillen oder feiern anbietet.
Im Erdgeschoss/1. Stock ist noch eine weitere Studenten-WG.
Das Haus liegt in der Tübinger Innenstadt, nur 50 m entfernt vom Haagtor.
Bushaltestellen (sogar gleich 2!) sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (Rewe, Netto, Manufaktur, Café Haag, Eisdiele).
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen im 6. und 7. Semester (Geoökologie und Pharmazie) und suchen einen netten Mitbewohner oder eine nette Mitbewohnerin, der/die Lust auf ein gemeinsames, entspanntes WG-Leben hat.
