Hey,
We are gonna have two empty rooms in our international flat share. At the moment, we are three Germans here, an Italian guy, one Scottish guy and a Spanish girl. Unfortunately, the last two ones have to leave us because their Erasmus year is over. So we are searching for two new International flat mates – one girl and one guy- who are on an exchange program with the University Tübingen and will stay here for one year.
In our flat share we like doing many things together, like cooking, partying, going on little weekend trips or just sitting together and having a nice chat. We would like you to join us in those activities & participate in the flat share life!!!
Our flat share is in a self-governed student accommodation from the University which is really central in Tübingen. In 15minutes you can walk to the city center and there are also coming buses down to town and up the hill to the Science Campus of the University every ten minutes. The bus stop is directly in front of the student accommodation.
The rooms are 12 square meters big and will probably have a bed, a wardrobe, a table and a bookshelf. There are six people living in our flat, we share one kitchen, which is our common room at the same time and the heart of our flat ;-) We also have everything you need for cooking and baking and being creative! We have two bathrooms, so three people share one. Furthermore, there is a free washing machine in the cellar and also a room for storage. The internet is from the university network (very fast) and also free.
The self-governed student accommodation includes five houses with three flats each, each flat with six people. So we are about 90 students living together. Because of our privilege being self-governed we can make many decisions on our own, for example choosing our flat mates. Especially in summer it’s really nice since we have an outside area with BBQ’s, and garden furniture. For the colder days there is also a party cellar, a music cellar and lots of board games.
Please notice that we are searching only for International and not for German students and that you have to be in an exchange program. We would also appreciate if you stay for one whole year and not only six months. If you are interested, contact us and we can organize a talk on Skype so we can get to know you.
