Ich hatte das Zimmer im Februar zur Zwischenmiete und suche jetzt kurzfristig einen Nachmieter für März, da ich eine dauerhafte Wohnung gefunden habe.
Die WG liegt verkehrgünstig gegenüber vom Bahnhof und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche,Flur, Bad, Wohnzimmer) bieten genügend Platz für alle. Die Mitbewohner sind unkompliziert und alle Lehramtsstudenten bzw. unterrichten schon.
In dem hellen Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, ein Schrank und eine Kommode. Ein- und Auszug sind somit stressfrei.
Der Anwohnerparkausweis kann nach Absprache von der Hauptmieterin des Zimmers übernommen werden.
