Ich wohne hier in der Hafengasse in einer gemütlichen 2er Wg in einem sanierten Altbau und suche jetzt einen Nachmieter / Nachmieterin für mein super Zimmer , da ich arbeitsbedingt ausziehen werde.
Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat eine kleine Dachschräge und ein großes Doppelfenster in Richtung Süden.
Außerdem gibt es ein relativ frisch renoviertes Bad mit Dusche und Fenster und eine voll ausgestattet Küche mit kleiner Essecke.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in der Hafengasse. Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte, Mensa, Restaurants und Bars sind innerhalb weniger Schritte erreichbar ;)
Wir haben vor kurzen eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft, welche für 170 Euro abgelöst werden müsste.
