There is one room available in our 5er-WG, immediately available for moving. The room is quite spacious, recieves plenty of sunlight and has a high ceiling. There is already some furniture available, a bed, one big shelf, a big cupboard, a chair and several other small things. All of them are free to take. The rent for March is already paid so you can move in immediately, nevertheless if you could move in latest in April that would be very convenient for us.
Very central, 10 min. to Neue Aula on foot, 10 min. to nearest grocery store and 2 min to Pauline-Krone-Heim busstop. As the house is next to the street there is some traffic noise, however the windows are properly insulated so when they are closed you can barely hear the cars.
We have 4 very nice people in our WG, 3 students (history, mathematics and astrophysics) and a computer technician. Everybody is very helpful, uncomplicated and enjoys a drink or two every now and then. Our landlord is also very nice, easily available to talk to if you have any problems.
The heating situation needs to be mentioned, as there is no central heating available. There is an oil-furnace in each room, very easy to operate and very efficient, heats the entire room in 10 min.
