Hey!
Wir zwei (Malle, Azubi & Erik, Student) suchen spontan (Einzug bis spätestens Mai) eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsre 3er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert (großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und -stuhl, Kommode, optional Bettgestell (1.40 x 2.00m). Es ist aufgeteilt in ein "Vorzimmer" mit 8 qm und einem Schlafzimmer mit Waschbecken von 13.5 qm, und liegt im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Ammergasse.
Die WG liegt an der schönen Ammer, Zentrum/Altstadt vor der Tür, Parkmöglichkeiten entsprechend nicht vorhanden - dafür aber alles locker zu Fuß zu erreichen (Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Uni ...).
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt & ungebunden - leider kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, dafür gemütliche Küche & Innenhof.
Die Küche wird von uns allen genutzt, das Bad teilst du dir mit Malle.
Waschmaschine/ Spühlmaschine nicht vorhanden.
Da wir sehr kurzfristig jemanden suchen würden wir uns freuen wenn du möglichst bald für eine Besichtigung Zeit hättest. Das Zimmer ist bereits bezugsfähig.
