With almost 15m² the room is quite big for 290 € per month (everything included). It is cozy with new laminate flooring located in a very central location in the "Altstadt".
The flat is in the middle of the town. Edeka, H&M and many cafés are all in close vicinity so shopping etc. could never have been easier. There are a lot of bars around but the place is still quiet to live in. The house is located even less than 10 minutes away from the central station and only 5 minutes from the "Neue Aula".
We are two PhD Students and one bachelor student from Italy, Pakistan and Germany, studying geo-archeology, neuroscience and international business. We are looking for a friendly, open and clean flatmate who also likes to spend some free time with us. We like to sit together over dinner, sometimes cook or go out together.
We have a nice, small but cozy living room (+ a newly renovated kitchen) where we like to invite friends for dinner etc.
