Mein ca.12qm-Zimmer wird frei! Mit schönem Holzfußboden und allem was das Herz begehrt: 1,20-Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch - die Möbel würde ich dir gerne für 150€ überlassen. Die Miete von 320€ ist inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet + Telefon und Müll. Ansonsten gibt es in unserer WG ein fettes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Röhrenfernseher, in dem man super seine gesamte Freizeit vergeuden kann. Man hat der Wohnung mal "Großstadtflair" nachgesagt (haha) - was auch immer das bedeutet, kannst du nach der Besichtigung entscheiden...
Eine Minute zu Fuß zum Brechtbau (Uni), direkt beim kostenlosen Schiebeparkplatz, eine Gehminute zur Bushaltestelle Mohlstraße bzw. Lothar-Meyer-Bau, REWE + Bäcker direkt um die Ecke und in der Innenstadt ist man auch in zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Long story short: die Lage ist erstklassig.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen Sharif und Chrissy studieren Rhetorik/Medienwissenschaften bzw. Bio und ihre Interessen reichen von Deutschrap über die heute-Show über Games of Thrones über Cordon Bleu bis hin zu Fußball - man findet also immer was zum Bequatschen (:
