Ich habe hier 3 Jahre in diesem Zimmer und war damit superglücklich!
Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt am Stadtgraben neben dem Botanischen Garten.
Großes Zimmer und ich hinterlasse dir auch die Möbel, , mit Sofa un Couchtisch, Sitzplätze für 13 Gäste gleichzeitig :)
Alles andere ist auch inclusive, riesenküche, 2 Bäder, Warschraum.
In der Wg wohnen noch 2 andere Kerle, wir verbringen oft gemütliche Spieleabende und trinken auch gerne mal 1-2 Bier.
Rauchen ist untersagt, da in der WG keiner raucht, riecht man es selbst wenn dus im Zimmer am fenster machst :(
Nun suche ich einen Zwischenmieter ab sofort bis Mai.

Its at a dream location, big enough to invite a lot of friends over and i leave you some furniture.
