The room is about 16 square meters and unfurnished, with two windows. The flatshare is on the first floor of a large old house, which consists of 5 bedrooms, a cleaning room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a small garden shared with the entire house. Every room is on the same floor. If you like high ceilings, that's the place for you ;)
The rent is 355 euro, utilities and wifi included.
The flat is really central, located between a small lake (3 minutes walk to the main train and bus station) and the river neckar (2 min from the neckarbrücke). Several bus stops are accessible with a few mins walk. Shopping facilities at a walking distance.
Four people already live In the flat, Thao, Andreea, Martin and Matteo. Our ages range between 28 and 33 years old. Our common language is English, so apply only if you feel comfortable with that. Communication is important, as we hope to be able to create a small "community" of friends and not a wg where everyone stays on is own.
We are looking for someone that values shared living and is therefore willing to put some effort on getting to know us.
