Das Zimmer hat 15m² und ist sehr geräumig. Für nur 320€ ist es außerdem sehr günstig bei dieser Große und vor allem dieser Lage mitten in Tübingen.
With almost 15m² the room is quite big for 320 € per month (everything included). It is cozy with new laminate flooring located in a very central location in the "Altstadt".
Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas klein hat aber alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Es gibt viele kleine Bars und Cafés in der Nachbarschaft. Zum Edeka im Nonenhaus sind es nur 2 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof braucht man ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
The flat is in the middle of the town. Edeka, H&M and many cafés are all in close vicinity so shopping etc. could never have been easier. There are a lot of bars around but the place is still quiet to live in. The house is located even less than 10 minutes away from the central station and only 5 minutes from the "Neue Aula".
Zwei von uns machen gerade ihre Doktorarbeit und eine schreibt bald ihre Bachelor Arbeit. Wir sind eine sehr internationale WG und sprechen daher auch oft Englisch. Saad kommt aus Pakistan und Alvise aus Italien.
Wir suchen eine/n freundliche/n, offene/n und saubere/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die auch mal gerne was unternimmt. Wir sitzen gerne mal zum Abendessen zusammen oder kochen auch mal gemeinsam.
We are two PhD Students and one Bachelor. We are from Italy, Pakistan and Germany, studying geo-archeology, neuroscience and international business. We are looking for a friendly, open and clean flatmate who also likes to spend some free time with us. We like to sit together over dinner and sometimes cook together.
We have a nice, small but cozy living room (+ a newly renovated kitchen) where we like to invite friends for dinner etc.
