Es sind folgende Möbel vorhanden: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bettkasten, Regal, Wandregal, Schreibtischstuhl + Waschbecken mit Spiegel
Die Küche und das Bad muss mit den 7 Mitbewohnern geteilt werden, was aber super funktioniert, da es 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen gibt. Außerdem sind selten alle da.
Die Lage ist sehr Nah an der Altstadt, sodass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Außerdem hat man Blick auf das Schloss. Dementsprechend ist das Fenster Richtung Süden, sodass das Zimmer schön hell ist.
Heizung- und Stromkosten sind inklusive. Außerdem kommt regelmäßig eine Putzfrau, die alle Räume außer die Schlafzimmer putzt.
