Vom 1. Juli – 31. Dezember ist in unserer dreier – WG ein ca. 32m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon zu vermieten (mit Option auf Verlängerung). Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 400€, die Kaution beträgt 500€.
In dem Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch sowie viel Platz für die eigenen Sachen vorhanden. Also alles, was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon hat man den ganzen Tag über Sonne (die Fotos wurden abends gemacht, lasst euch also nicht täuschen).
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit separater Toilette. Wir haben außerdem einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer schön grillen und sich sonne kann.
I rent out my room from July 1st to December 31st (it can be prolonged), a room with balcony of approx. 32m². The rent is 400€, the deposit is 500€.
In the room there is a double bed, a cupboard and a desk as well as plenty of space for your own belongings. So all you need. On the balcony you have sun all day long.
The apartment has a small kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. We also have a garden where you can grill and sunbathe in summer.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß zehn Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt gelegen, also sehr zentral. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und die WG nah am Neckar gelegen, also auch gut zum Spazierengehen, Sonne genießen und Joggen geeignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man mit Rewe, Bäcker, Bioladen direkt nebenan.
The apartment is located ten minutes walking from the main train station and also from the old town, so very central. The nearest bus stop is one minute away.
The living area is very quiet and the WG is located close to the Neckar, so also good for walking, enjoying the sun and jogging.
For Shopping you can find a Rewe and a bakery near by.
Deine zwei Mitbewohner sind nett und da sich in dem Haus weitere WGs befinden, kann man auch mit den Mitbewohnern viel machen.
Ich suche einen netten, zuverlässigen Mitbewohner, der nicht in meinem Zimmer raucht. Auf dem Balkon wäre Rauchen möglich.
Your two roommates are nice and since there are more WGs in the house, you can also make a lot with the housemates.
I am looking for a nice, reliable person who is not smoking in my room. On the balcony, smoking would be possible.
