Liebe Tübinger und die, die es werden wollen,
wir suchen ab dem 01. November eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG.
Die Voraussetzung ist, dass du ein/e internationale/r Studierende/r bist.
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und hat ein Eck-Fenster.
Es ist teilmöbliert mit einem Schrank, Regal und Tisch. Also musst Du nur ein Bett mitbringen. Du kannst aber auch Deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen und die vorhandenen Möbel im Keller lagern.
Das Fenster geht nach Südwesten zum Garten und ist ruhig gelegen.
Das Bad mit separatem WC teilst Du dir mit 2 Personen.
Die Miete von ca. 240€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inklusive Internet.

Dear new Tübingen people,
we are looking for a new flatmate from 1st of November.
You have to be an international student at University of Tübingen.
The room is 12m² with one window.
It is partly furnished with a cupboard, shelf and table. So you just have to bring a bed. You can also bring your own furniture and store the existing furniture in the basement.
The window faces southwest to the garden and is quiet.
The bathroom with separate toilet you share with two persons.
The rent of about 240 € includes all utilities including internet.
Das Studentenwohnheim im Geissweg ist perfekt gelegen: Bei Kliniken Tal, zwischen Morgenstelle und Uni im Tal.
Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 3 Minuten an der Uni, und je nach sportlicher Verfassung auch wieder zurück ;)

The dormitory "Geissweg" is perfectly located: at Kliniken Tal, between Morgenstelle and Uni(Wilhelmstraße).
Several bus stops are only 2 minutes away and also by bike you are within 3 minutes at the university, and depending on your physical condition also back ;)
In der WG wohnen 6 Personen, die jetzigen Bewohner/innen studieren Geographie, Lehramt (Französisch und Sport) und Geowissenschaften.
In der Küche/Wohnzimmer findet man immer jemanden mit dem man sich unterhalten, ein bisschen abhängen und 2 bis 10 Bier trinken kann :D
Der Geissweg ist ein selbstverwaltetes Studierendenwohnheim. In verschiedenen Arbeitskreisen engagieren wir uns für die Selbstverwaltung unseres Wohnheims und fänden es cool, wenn du offen für das Gemeinschaftsleben in unserem Wohnheim bist.
Es gibt einen Innenhof und einen Garten, in dem man wunderbar entspannen und andere Studierende aus dem Wohnheim kennenlernen kann.
Zusätzlich gibt es eine Feuerstelle, Fahrradkeller, Werkraum, Partykeller, Waschmaschinen und für jedes Zimmer eine Kellerbox.
Autos können auf unseren eigenen Parkplätzen abgestellt werden.

In the apartement live 6 people, the current residents study geography, teaching (French and sports) and geosciences.
In the kitchen / living room you will always find someone to talk to, hang out and drink 2 to 10 beers :D
"Geissweg" is a self-governing dormitory. In various working groups, we are committed to the self-administration of our dorm and would find it cool if you are open to the community life in our dorm.
There is a courtyard and a garden where you can relax and meet other students from the dorm.
In addition there is a fireplace, bicycle storage, workroom, party room, washing machines and a box in the basement for each room.
Cars can be parked in our own parking lots.
