Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus. Es ist hell (fünf Fenster), ca. 30qm groß und hat einen Parkettboden. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, sodass du dein Bad nur mit einer weiteren Person teilen musst. Die Wohnküche mit Sofa lädt zum Kochen und Zusammensitzen ein. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Tübinger Altstadt. Das Einkaufszentrum Nonnenhaus sowie verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind in drei bis fünf Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man ca. zehn Minuten.
Wir sind keine Party-WG, wenn du berufstätig bist, stellt das also kein Problem dar. Wir legen Wert auf ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Bisher hat es aber immer ohne Putzplan funktioniert.
