A room, 15sqm with relatively low ceiling (2,1 m) and a window with a view straight onto the neighbours roof. It is fully equipped (Bed, closet, desk, drawers and shelves). 4th floor with no elevator.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, eine relativ niedrige Decke (2,10 m) und ein Fenster mit Blick auf das Nachbardach. Es ist möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Schubladenkästen und Regale). 4. Stock - nur Treppen kein Aufzug.
The flat is situated in the heart of Tübingen between Holzmarkt and Markplatz. There is a cocktail bar (Asmara) in our cellar. Very very central, great spot to get everywhere by foot, sometimes a bit noisy though. EDEKA is five minutes walk.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Tübingen zwischen Holzmarkt und Markplatz. In unserem Keller befindet sich die Cocktailbar Asmara. Sehr sehr zentral, toller Ort, um überall zu Fuß zu kommen, aber manchmal etwas laut. EDEKA ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß.
We are a mixed WG, apart of me all students from Germany. Everybody has his/her own regime, there is a living room where we can eat or hang out together.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischt WG. Zurzeit alle Studenten und alle aus Deutschland (ausser mir). Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag, dort ist ein Wohnzimmer, wo wir essen oder unterhalten können.
I am a subtenant myself, leaving on an internship by the end of July. The main tenant comes back by the End of September, so you would be dealing with both of us. If you are interested, write me a bit about yourself and we will arrange a meeting.
Ich bin selbst eine Zwischenmieterin und ich werde das Zimmer Ende Juli verlassen. Der Hauptmieter kommt Ende September zurück, also wirst du mit uns beiden umgehen. Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib mir ein bisschen über dich und wir werden ein Treffen vereinbaren.
