We have two big rooms available for long term rent immediately. The rooms are on the second floor of a renovated old building next to the Wilhelmstrasse. Both rooms are partially furnished, one 18 m2 (€420) and the other 21 m2 (€450). Pictures will be added later.
Our flat in sort of in the middle of the main library and the sports center, either way around 10 minutes even if you walk super slow. A bakery, a butchery, a bank and a bus stop (line 1, 2, 7, 21) are just a few meters away. The super market REWE could also be reached in a few meters.
we have two people at the moment, me ( Lei ) doing my phd in biology and an italian girl Antonella working in the restaurant. She is mostly only home for sleeping though. As from the combination you can see we are not a social wg, but a beer or cooking or sports together would be great.
All the cost are included except for a total monthly fee of € 20 needs to be shared.
We have a wash machine and a dish washer in the kitchen as well.
For the rent, you can even try to bargain with the landlord. It might work.
Looking forward to one or two easy going people to join us.
