Das Zimmer ist ~15qm groß. Es hat zwei große Fenster, ist also sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist ab 1.11.19 zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit ca. 130qm auch sehr groß. Es handelt sich um eine 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung, d.h. neben den 4 WG-Zimmern, hat die Wohnung einen großen Essraum/Flur/Aufenthaltsraum, in dem wir manchmal zusammensitzen, zu Abend essen, quatschen, gemütlich Bierchen trinken, vorglühen, etc… Der Balkon lädt im Sommer zum Grillen ein. es gibt ein Bad und Separates Klo. Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man so zum Leben braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen/-brett, Staubsauger, sämtliche Koch- und Essutensilien, großer Esstisch, Wandschränke für Stauraum, einen Abstellkeller... :)
Im Zimmer steht ein Kleiderschrank, den ich vor einem Jahr für 300 Euro gekauft habe. Den würde ich gerne für ca. 150 Euro übergeben. Bei Interesse könnte ich auch mein Bett gegen einen kleinen Betrag dalassen.

The room is about 15m2. It has 2 large windows making it very bright. The rest of the apartment is big for Tübingen. It is a 4 person apartment, with communal kitchen, large balcony, bathroom and a seperate toilet. The apartment is completely furnished with oven/stove, fridge, dishwasher and freezer in the Kitchen, seperate bath and shower, washing machine, BBQ on the balcony etc
There is a closet available that I bought last year for 300 Euro, I would pass it down to you for about 150 Euros. I could also leave my bed if you wish to have it as well, but all that can be discussed when you come to look at the place :D
Die WG ist nahe Uni/Neue Aula (~10 min zu Fuß), WHO (~15 min zu Fuß) and Max Planck Institut (~15 min zu Fuß). Die Bushaltestelle für #6 ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß. REWE und andere Geschäfte sind 10 min zu Fuß.

The apartment is near Uni/Neue Aula (around 10 mins on foot), WHO (around 15 mins on foot) and the Max Planck Institutes (around 15 mins on foot). A bus stop for the #6 is 3 mins away. REWE and other shops are a 10 min walk on foot.
Das Leben in der Wohnung ist entspannt. Du kannst mit deinen Mitbewohnern ein Glas trinken oder gemeinsam Kochen, aber auch nach einem anstrengenden Tag allein in deinem Zimmer entspannen.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind – Johanna (Soziologie), Ryan (Master in Informatik) and Lennart (PHD in Physik). Ryan bevorzugt es auf Englisch zu sprechen, also es wäre cool wenn du auch Englisch kannst :D

Life in the apartment is pretty relaxed. You can have a drink or cook together with the others or just chill in your room after a hard day. Your new roommates will be - Johanna (Sociology), Ryan (Masters Computer Science) and Lennart (PHD in Physics). I, Maram will be unfortunately moving out after over a year of living in this lovely WG with these cool people. Ryan prefers to speak english, so it would be cool if you could speak it too :)
