I m going out of Tübingen in Sep. 2020. I'm looking for someone that will be happy to take over in my room. It is about 13m2, very light due to its 3 windows. It has a double bed, table, closet. Only the furniture will stay in the room, therefore there will be plenty of room for your things.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Please add a small description of you and what you do in Tuebingen.
Perfect location in the old city center. Old town. Edeka, Alnatura, banks, Am Lustnauer Tor, all in less than 2-5 minutes walk. Main bus and train station at 10 min walk.
Two people in the Flat, Astrid (Pharmacy student) and Me (Biologist). We share all in the flat very openly and it's easy to manage always to have enough food and keep everything very clean.
The flat has full furniture and the cost given (500 euros) is warm (all included). This is taking into account that the guest will clean the room and social areas during and at the end of the stay. The duration of the stay can be flexible but will need to be discussed in detail personally.
The deposit will be fully returned when the room is given back and if the cleaning is done and no furniture has been damaged.
