Wir haben gerade ein großes, schönes Zimmer in unserer Studenten-WG in der Rümelinstr. 8 zu vermieten.
25 m², 327,00 Euro Warmmiete. (3 O.G). Es gibt insgesammt 5 Zimmer in der WG.
Das Wohnheim liegt in der Nähe des Parkhaus König in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.
In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß sowohl die Mensa in der Wilhelmstraße als auch die Kliniken Berg.
In 15 min ist man in der Morgenstelle.
In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bürgeramt.
Es gibt einen nahegelegenen Supermarkt (in einer Minute erreichbar).
Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe die innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen sind, weitere Haltestellen sind in weniger als drei Minuten erreichbar.
