Hallo liebes zukünftiges WG-Mitglied,
ich suche hier eine/n neuen Mieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer ab dem 01.08.2019, da ich arbeitstätig nun nach Stuttgart ziehe.
Zuallererst sei gesagt, dass wir jenseits einer Zwecks-WG sind. Daher suchen wir eher ein neues Familienmitglied statt einem/r neuen/m Mitbewohner/in. Du würdest mit Sophie (20) und Lukas (25) wohnen. Beide sind wahnsinnig toll und lieb.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und hat ca. 16 qm. Ich werde alle Möbel stehen lassen. Das heißt Bett, Schrank, Raumtrenner, Schreibtisch usw. sind vorhanden.
Wir wohnen ziemlich zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Fahrrad. Ein Busticket braucht man hier wirklich nicht.
Wir trinken gerne mal einen Wein auf unserem Balkon, schauen Tatort, lachen die Leute vom Balkon aus aus, oder gehen zusammen feiern.
