Ich suche einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter für mein geliebtes Alstadt-Wg Zimmer. Gerne ab sofort oder z.B. ab dem 1.8. bis zum 30.9. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und es wird eine Matratze, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch geben. Du teilst dir Bad und Küche wahrscheinlich nur mit einem anderen Mitbewohner, da die zwei anderen Mitbewohner zur Zeit coronabedingt nicht da sind. Im Haus leben 3 weitere Wgs, mit denen Austausch möglich ist, haben auch eine gemeinsame Whatsappgruppe fürs Haus! Im Keller sind Waschmaschine, Fahrradkeller, Tauschregal uvm.
Das Leben dort ist sehr angenehm und entspannt, zur Zeit eher etwas ruhiger.

Die Lage ist top! Mein fällt aus dem Bett quasi mitten in die Altstadt. Aus dem Fenster siehst du direkt auf die Ammer unter dir und auf eine kleine Eisdiele, sowie Geschäfte. Zum Rathaus oder den Stiftstreppen läuft man etwa 1 Minute
