The room is ~16 m2 and is located on the first floor of a pleasant old building. It is the quietest room in the apartment, facing the internal patio and sharing just one wall with the rest of the apartment.
It will be rented unfurnished except for a wardrobe and a shelf left in the room for free (shown in the pictures). You can buy the desk of the previous tenant for a fee, to be discussed with her.
Super central, this apartment is the true Altstadt experience! The building is located on a quiet street in between the church and the castle, really close to the Blauen Salon ;) We are in an area full of students, so no annoying neighbor will come complaining at 10pm for some minor noise. Being in the city center, every kind of facility is easy and quick to reach. Many shopping opportunities are nearby, including Alnatura (~5m), Edeka (~5m), Rewe (~10m). The Hauptbahnhof is also close, about 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stops are at Neckarbrücke and Nonnenhaus.
You will be living with Laura and Ahmed.
Laura is an Italian PhD student, studying Computer Science at the Tübingen AI center. She's into cooking, reading, painting, rearranging some parts of the apartment when too bored, and whatever hobby you’re able to sell her. She likes a lot to live in shared flats, having beers and dinners together in a relaxed way, going out, and in general having someone to talk with after a long day at the Uni. She’s a cat and coffee person, but really appreciates also dogs and tea. She tries to go bouldering twice a week and to travel as much as she can - especially to warm places!
Ahmed finished his masters last year and is now working. He studied applied Economics, and is into cycling, playing squash, analogue photography, and reading, listens to a lot of music and tries to keep it down.
We are generally a very welcoming and warm WG. We are looking for someone interested in sharing their everyday life with us, proactive towards flat-related stuff and willing to live in the flat in a chill yet respectful way.

The current rent is 465 euros. Other costs include trash collection, internet, GEZ, and electricity and heating, which totals to 85 euros each. So, the total warm rent would be 550 euros/month.
We're planning to renovate some parts of the flat together with the landlady, so we might ask for a contribution from the new tenant.
We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, 1st of May at the latest. The actual date can be discussed when visiting!
