Hallo liebe Suchende!

in der Schranne wird ein gemütliches Zimmer frei!

Wir sind eine bunte 11er-WG im Herzen der Altstadt und befinden uns in einer Phase nach dem Hauskauf und vor den Renovierungen. Yeah! Da es vor kurzem einen Auszug gab, sind wir nun auf der Suche nach 1 neuen projektbegeisterten Mitbewohnerin.

Das Zimmer:

11 qm (280€), frei ab 01.06.


Das Haus

steht mitten in der Tübinger Altstadt hinter dem Stadtmuseum. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das BüroAktiv, die oberen drei Stockwerke werden von unserer 11er WG bewohnt.

Nach 15 Jahren als Mieter des Hauses hatten wir die Möglichkeit das Objekt zu kaufen, um ein Wohnprojekt zu gründen. Nach eineinhalb Jahren intensiver Planung wurde der Kaufprozess Anfang 2021 abgeschlossen. Mit Hilfe des Mietshäuser Syndikats wollen wir dieses lebendige Haus im Zentrum der Altstadt dauerhaft dem spekulativen Wohnungsmarkt entziehen!

In nächster Zeit liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Planung von energetischer Sanierung und anderen Umbauarbeiten (eine Dachterrasse ist in Planung, juhu:), aber es gibt auch andere Bereiche, in denen man sich mit oder ohne Projekterfahrung einbringen kann.

Die WG

Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG im Alter von 20 bis 38 Jahren und teilen uns drei Stockwerke mit zwei Küchen, Bädern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einem Keller und einer Garage.

Im Wohnzimmer finden zur Zeit alle 1-2 Wochen unsere WG- oder Projektplena statt, aber davon abgesehen wird hier gemütlich Kaffee getrunken, gequatscht, gezockt (v.a. Darts, Brettspiele, Mario Kart), was angeschaut und am Wochenende kann's auch mal später werden :D Ab und zu ergibt sich ein gemeinsamer Kochabend (der meistens zu einem riesen Schlemmermenü ausartet :D) oder ein spontaner Ausflug an / auf den Neckar. Einen Putzplan haben wir natürlich auch : )

Ansonsten freuen wir uns auf euren Input, denn da sich bei uns zur Zeit alles im Wandel befindet, hast du die Möglichkeit, ganz viel mitzugestalten, was Zusammenleben und Projekt betrifft.

Wen suchen wir?

In erster Linie eine Person, die einfach gut in unsere bunte Gruppe passt. Aufgrund unserer momentanen Geschlechterverteilung suchen wir allerdings nur Frauen / Non-Binary. Interesse und Lust sich im Projekt mit einzubringen sollten vorhanden sein. Da wir im Sommer eine größere Dachbaustelle planen, solltest du dich zudem darauf einstellen, dass momentan viel gemacht werden muss und Zeit für das Projekt eingeplant werden sollte.

Da im Haus geraucht wird, solltest du dagegen einigermaßen resistent sein (nur im Wohnzimmer, das auch gut gelüftet wird). Schön wäre es natürlich, wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, länger bei uns zu bleiben.

Selbstverständlich aber hier nochmals ausdrücklich erwähnt: LGBTIQ* very welcome!

Hello potential roommate!

We have vacancy in the Schranne!


We are a diverse group of 11, who share a house in the heart of the old town that we bought in early 2021 in a co-operative manner with the support of the network of the Mietshäuser Syndikat. Due to a resident recently moving out, we are currently seeking a new resident who would be enthusiastic about the project


The room:

11 sqm (280€), available from 01.06.


The house

is located in the middle of Tübingen Old Town, behind the city museum. The ground floor is occupied by BüroAktiv, the upper three floors by our 11-person house-share.

After 15 years as tenants of the house, we have recently had the opportunity to buy the property in order to found a co-operative housing project. After one and a half years of intensive planning, the purchase process was finalised in February 2021. With the help of the Mietshäuser Syndikat (a Germany-wide co-operative housing syndicate), we intend to remove this lively house in the centre of the old town from the speculative housing market for good!

In the near future, the focus will be on planning energy-oriented refurbishment and conversion work (including a roof terrace!), but there are also other areas where you can get involved, with or without project experience.

The residence

We are a mixed flat-sharing community, aged between 20 and 38 and share three floors with two kitchens, bathrooms, a large living room, a cellar and a garage.

The living room is currently used every 1-2 weeks for our flat-sharing or project plenary sessions, but apart from that. it's a cosy place to drink coffee, chat, play games (especially darts, board games, Mario Kart), watch TV. On weekends we sometimes like to socialise into the early hours. Every now and then we have a cooking evening together (which usually turns into a huge gourmet meal :D) or a spontaneous trip to/on the Neckar. We of course have a regular cleaning rota.

Apart from that, we are looking forward to your input. Since everything is in a state of flux at the moment, you have the opportunity to help shape a lot of things concerning living together and the project.


Who are we looking for?

First and foremost a person who simply fits well into our diverse group. But due to our current gender ratio, we are only looking for a woman / enby. You should be interested in and want to be involved in the project. We are planing to have a big roof construction site in autumn and we expect everybody to help organizing it and generally planing in some time for the project.

As there is smoking in the house, you should be somewhat resistant to it (only in the living room, which is also well ventilated). It would of course be wonderful if you could foresee staying with us for a longer period.

On the other hand, we are not looking for people who want to use ‘freedom of speech’ or ‘anti-political correctness’ as an excuse to be offensive or cruel to others, or ‘frat bros’.
