The room is big with 21m2 in size. With five windows, it cannot get any brighter! The Sun enters the room during the mornings so it's nice and warm throughout the year. It doesn't get super hot in summer, and with all the windows you can easily regulate the temperature!
The flat is located at the very center of the altstadt, just a couple of blocks away from the Rathaus and close to supermarkets and bakeries. Being in the center of town, everything you can possibly need is at walking distance, rarely more than 5 minutes away! Despite being in the altstadt the room is not noisy, as it is facing a pretty quiet street.
The closest bus stop is 2 minutes away, albeit is pretty useless, however you are a 5-7min walk from the Nonnenhaus and the Neckarbrücke, where every single bus line goes through!
You will share the flat with three super nice people. Everyone is super chill and mindful about the others. We are not clean freaks but we like to keep the flat tiddy and functional. We enjoy an occasional get together and chat with each other frequently. However we also keep in mind that everyone has different schedules, activities and stresses and are very open when it comes to giving each other space.
The rent (525) is all-inclusive, so you won't have to deal with any monthly extra payments.
