Dein Zimmer hat ca 18qm, ist sehr hell und großzügig und hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Der Boden wird noch durch schönes Laminat ersetzt, sobald der Mieter*innenwechsel stattfindet. Es wird ab 1.4 frei nach Absprache auch früher.
Die Lage ist perfekt, in die historische Altstadt brauchst du zufuß etwa 10 min, in den Bota etwa 5 min. Mit dem Fahrrad kannst du fast alles im Tal erreichen, zum Hbf sind es etwa 10 min mit dem Rad. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch ca 100m weiter Direkt ums Eck gibt es einen Burgerladen, Veggie Imbiss, Asiaten und die Dönastie, falls du nicht kochen willst ;)
Deine Mitbewohnerin werde ich, Simone (32) sein. Ich bin berufstätig und daher unter der Woche meist außer Haus, außer wenn ich Homeoffice machen kann. Daher solltest du am besten auch berufstätig sein oder promovieren etc. Abends unter der Woche gehe ich vielen musikalischen Aktivitäten (Gesang, Gitarre) nach, daher solltest du etwas Toleranz für Musik haben. Allerdings nur bis max 22 Uhr, wenn du Ruhe brauchst, richte ich mich natürlich danach. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens da und für vieles offen (wandern, Serien schauen). Wenn du auch gerne Musik machst, umso besser;) mir ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig und ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit ;), habe auch viel WG Erfahrung.
Es wäre mir wichtig, das du auch gegen Corona geimpft bist.
