Room
I am leaving this room because I am moving to another apartment. This is a corner room in Anette Kade Dorm and the first neighbor is two rooms away and all community rooms are on the other side of the atrium. Thus, it is the most quiet room there. The location is perfect, 100m from Rewe and close to everything.
I am offering a sublease because I am cancelling my contract, so I could offer a contract untill 31.03 but it can be prolonged by the dorm if the conditions are met (student).
Note: the furnishings that must stay in the room are as seen on picture 1. Other than that, there exists a walk-in closed for your clothes and other belongings as it is quite big. I could also leave the carpet without any fee but I would take the couch with me or we can settle on a price for that as well.
Move-in date is flexible.
