Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Tübingen, nur wenige Schritte vom Marktplatz und 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Straße, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr ruhig. Außerdem können Sie alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

The house is located in the centre of Tübingen, just a few steps from the market square and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The street where the flat is located is very quiet. You can also reach all shopping facilities in a few minutes on foot.

Ich bin Giulia, eine Italienerin und Doktorandin an der Klinik. Leider ist mein Deutsch nicht das beste, aber ich bin bereit, es zu lernen. Ich konnte schnell die üblichen standardisierten, wenn auch wahren Dinge schreiben: Ich bin ein verantwortungsbewusstes Mädchen, ich unterhalte mich gerne, ich gehe gerne mit Freunden aus, treibe Sport (wenn mir danach ist) und gehe spazieren. Ich koche auch gerne, respektiere die andere Person, wenn sie ihren eigenen Raum haben und in ihrem Zimmer ruhig sein möchte, und ich schätze Ordnung und Sauberkeit in gemeinsamen Räumen. Eine Person liest dies und denkt: "Das ist genau das, was ich brauche", denn dieses Profil würde auf 90 % der Menschen passen, die nach der Universität eine WG suchen. In Wirklichkeit würde ich gerne eine Person finden, mit der ich diese Dinge teilen kann, Freundschaften, ein Drink am Ende des Tages, Musik hören, während wir uns unterhalten und zusammen essen.

I also like to cook, respect the other person if they want to have their own space and be quiet in their room, and I appreciate order and cleanliness in common areas. A person reads this and thinks: "this is just what I need", as this profile would suit 90% of people looking for a shared flat in their post-university working years. Actually, what I would like to find is a person to share these things with, friendships, a drink at the end of the day, listening to music while chatting and eating together.

Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in mit WG-Erfahrung. Wenn Du diese hast und Dir vorstellen kannst, bei mir zu wohnen, schreibst Du mir bitte eine Nachricht an WG gesucht, in der Du dich in einem Text vorstellst.
Leider bin ich aus persönlichen Gründen für einige Monate in Italien, so dass die Treffen online stattfinden müssen und meine Mitbewohnerin das Zimmer zeigen wird. Da wir beide tagsüber arbeiten, werden die Gespräche am späten Nachmittag/Abend stattfinden.
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird die Möbel aus ihrem Zimmer mitnehmen, so dass das Zimmer leer sein wird.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 15. Mai oder spätestens ab dem 1. Juni zur Verfügung stehen.
Zu den Nebenkosten kommen noch Kosten für Gas, Strom und Internetkosten (ungefähr 120 € pro Monat) hinzu.

I am looking for a flatmate with flat-sharing experience. If you have this and can imagine living with me, please write me a message to WG-gesucht in which you introduce yourself in a text.
Unfortunately, I am in Italy for a few months for personal reasons, so meetings will have to take place online and my flatmate will show the room. As we both work during the day, the meetings will take place in the late afternoon/evening.
My flatmate will take the furniture from her room so the room will be empty.
The room will be available from 15 May or 1 June at the latest.
In addition to the utilities, there are costs for gas, electricity and internet (about 120 € per month).
